The service
Peak Form connects you with your coach for personalised nutrition and training coaching. The app is published by Peak Form ([company name to be confirmed]); your coaching is provided by your coach (for example Younes Method), who is responsible for it.
You can only join with a personal invite code from your coach. Keep your login details private.
Not medical advice
The app and your coach do not give medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a health condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are unsure whether exercise is safe for you, speak to your doctor first. Your coach may need your doctor’s OK before you start.
Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel chest pain, dizziness, severe or sharp pain, numbness or tingling. The app will tell your coach about serious pain you report, but it is not an emergency service.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information (age, weight, health). Your plan depends on it.
- Train within your limits and follow your coach’s instructions on technique and safety.
Payment
You pay your coach directly, outside the app (for example by a payment link from your coach). There are no purchases inside the app. Renewal and cancellation terms are agreed with your coach.
Ending
When your plan ends or you stop, your history stays viewable for 30 days. You can come back any time with a new code from your coach.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account) or on our account deletion page.
We may suspend accounts that misuse the app or harm others.
Liability

Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates [and the courts of Dubai, to be confirmed].
